What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Samples ship from 1 pc. First orders start around 50 pcs per model, with container programs from 1000+ pcs and mixed-container options. See the tier table on our OEM/ODM page.
Can we test samples before bulk orders?
Yes — sample units of any catalogue model are available, and sample cost is typically credited against your first bulk order. Ask via the inquiry form.
Which certifications do your products carry?
CE and EN15194 for EU e-bikes, EN71 toy safety and CPC certificates for kids ride-ons (US), FCC for electronics, and UN38.3 + MSDS reports for every lithium battery pack — so your shipment clears customs without surprises.
How do we ship to our port?
FOB, CIF or DDP to major ports — Rotterdam, Hamburg, Los Angeles, New York, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, Manila and Singapore. Battery cargo ships with full dangerous-goods documentation.
What are the payment terms?
Currently we work with direct bank transfer (T/T): 30% deposit and 70% before shipment for bulk orders. PayPal and card checkout are being added — follow updates on this page or just ask us.
Can we put our own brand on the products?

Do you support fleet operators and golf courses?
Yes — last-mile delivery bikes and golf follow-me/ride-on carts are offered as fleet programs with spare-parts supply and consumable stock plans.
What happens after the inquiry form?
Within 24 hours (Mon–Sat) you’ll receive catalogue extracts for your market, tiered pricing, the certification document list, and a shipping estimate for your destination port.
